The board will stay in office for staggered terms of one to three years or until the situation requires changes, whichever happens first.

Current board members are:

President:   Heiko Roessle
Heiko Roessle is a Finance Director for Deutsche Bank. He relocated to the U.S. in 1998. Heiko has the equivalent of an MBA from the University of Hohenheim, Germany. He has an elementary school daughter and toddler twins who attend the School.

Vice President:   Tom Vorbach
Thomas Vorbach works for Hydromer Inc., as Product Manager, European Market. Tom's experience includes running a successful start-up and day-to-day management working with cGMP manufacturing and CROs in management, sales & marketing functions. Tom has an MBA degree with extensive international experience. Tom is married and has two elementary school aged children attending the German School of Monmouth County.

Correspondent Secretary/PR:   Judy Musa
Judy Musa, a native of Switzerland, earned her BA in Communications and German from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and holds a Business German Certificate. She is a marketing communications consultant with two elementary school children who attend the School.

Recording Secretary:   Josef Braun
Josef Braun recently retired after a career in law enforcement. He is a New Jersey native whose father and grandparents immigrated from Germany. He and his children attend the German School of Monmouth County to improve their German language abilities, experience the German culture and to interact with native speakers of the language.

Treasurer:   Robert MacFawn
Robert MacFawn is a Business Management and Financial Director with 17 years experience on Wall Street at Salomon Brothers, CitiGroup, DeutscheBank, and AIG Asset Management. His business expertise is focused on financial reporting and analysis, business process efficiency, cost management, and trading technology. He is President of RAM Management Consulting, a Rutgers Business School graduate and father of one.

Trustee:   Beat Flepp
Beat Flepp, Ph.D. has been involved in scientific research and production-grade software creation for almost ten years. He has experience in designing and implementing highly scalable web applications, database applications, biometrics integration, and machine learning applications. He holds a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from ETH Zuerich, Switzerland.

Managing Director:   Dorothea Drew
Dorothea Drew is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). She studied business and economics at the Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. After moving to the U. S. in 1998 she worked for Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs in New York. Dorothea has two elementary school children who attend the School.

Principal/Program Director:   Michaela Greco
Michaela Greco, a native of Germany, has been teaching children and teenagers for 25 years. She has the German equivalent of a Masters degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing from the FH Frankfurt, Germany. She is the mother of two teenage boys who attend the School.
